Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our clients mainly via email support and customer interaction is pertinent for follow through process.
  • Configure and operate standard email applications such as Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail.
  • Resolve Support Tickets and Phone Support Request.
  • Work closely with Support Engineers on problems faced by customers.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from our internal monitoring systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of web and Internet support or helpdesk or hardware/software system support.
  • Internet Savvy.
  • Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent (Those who are Internet savvy but without the qualifications can be considered).
  • Maintain a proactive working attitude, troubleshooting issues before they occur.
  • Strong communication skill, good interpersonal skills and leadership skills are essential qualities.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyzing campaigns, measuring SEM metrics and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
  • Creating and Managing PPC Campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Implementing page content in WordPress and other popular CMS’s.
  • Developing ad copy, landing pages, banners and more.
  • Implement and manage link building campaigns.
